New version included an updated user interface, Palm PDA support for onsite inspections, electronic licensing over the Internet, and enhanced budgeting capability. An application developed for Montgomery County, MD that collects housing inspection violations using a Compaq iPAQ PDA. Upon synching back at the office, detailed violation letters are automatically generated for mailing to the property owner. System stores information about the complaint, complainant, contact information and code violations. System enables re-inspection to document violation rectification.
Developed a brand new commercial product called Neighborhood Survey Pro (NSP) for The Enterprise Foundation, a nonprofit committed to providing low-income people with affordable housing, safer streets and access to jobs and child care. NSP is software that manages the deployment of a suite of neighborhood census surveys onto Palm PDA's. The surveys are used to perform statistical asset mapping analysis of the neighborhoods. A Palm Pilot based database system that enables consulting employees to enter their billable hours at the job site. System replaces paper work orders and allows clients to store their approval signature on the palm pilot. Information is hot synced to an Access database for invoice creation.
