tricks that can save you time. We'll help you determine if the problems you may be
experiencing in older releases would go away simply by upgrading, and if not, we'll help
you to create work arounds. We will answer your questions, solve your printing
/plotting problems, and we can offer your employees training and workshops to increase
their productivity... Let us show you what you're missing.
We provide the following services for AutoCAD Release 13-14, 2000i, 2000LT, 2002 and PTC Medusa Release 12.

Looking for training where you will actually walk away glad that you attended? Disgusted with the outrageous cost of training? We have a very well regarded training program that emphasizes a high return on your training dollar, and we have an on-line listing of scheduled classes including course descriptions, needs assessments, student's comments as well as on-line signup for classes. Technical support
Contact us by phone or via our on-line browser-based Helpdesk system. We'll solve your problems remotely when possible and gladly come on-site when necessary. We take pride in making your users more proficient by explaining 'Best Practices' for common tasks, as well as creating and enforcing company specifications for tasks such as layering conventions, file management, drawing layout and the use of xrefs, dimensions and text styles. Plotting can be problematic, and we have plenty of experience solving problems caused by paper tray switching, batch plotting, scale issues, and Adobe PDF creation.

Scanning/Archiving
It is normal for companies to maintain backup copies of their CAD files, but how can
companies protect themselves from loss of paper drawings? We can scan in your paper
drawing files and create digital backups which can be plotted in the event of loss of the
paper file. OR... get rid of your paper files altogether to create extra space in
your office and store them on CD in digital format instead. It's a great way to
archive old files.
